Thank you for visiting our website and taking the time to learn more about STRIVETY! Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I always knew that I wanted to start a business of my own someday. I was fortunate to learn a lot about the inner workings of these businesses at a young age, which ultimately helped to refine my vision for STRIVETY.
As companies evolve through various stages of the business life cycle, they often face similar challenges that inhibit their ability to reach their full potential. Their key resources spend too much time working IN their business instead of ON their business. My goal is to help companies rethink their goals, develop a strategic vision and execute the necessary steps to thrive. My background brings a unique mix of finance, operations, sales and marketing. I graduated from James Madison University (Go Dukes!) with a degree in Finance and spent most of early career working for Deloitte. I eventually opted for a career change, which led me to many successful years at Automatic Data Processing (ADP). Prior to starting STRIVETY I worked for another national payroll service bureau as a key executive - about half of my time being spent in operations and the other half dedicated to sales and marketing.
